Although some of the players tell Woody that it&#8217;s all about recovery for them, Broncos report that they are adding more plates to their lift and are running further \u2013 faster &#8211; longer. Woody has also been told that it&#8217;s like getting eight nights of sleep in a seven-day week &#8211; when it comes to recovery.
