Hans Eng, founder and CEO of Eng3 Corporation, is originally from Berlin and brings over 25 years of experience in medical technology. After working at Johnson & Johnson and successfully founding a German medical technology company, he developed the patented NanoVi® technology.
With his background in materials science and proteomics, Hans combines cutting-edge research with his passion for health and athletic performance. In his free time, he enjoys nature through hiking, snowboarding, and snowshoeing.

Rowena Gates – VP Business
Development & serial entrepreneur

Rowena Gates, Vice President of Business Development at Eng3 Corporation, brings over 15 years of experience in health, wellness, and performance optimization. As a serial entrepreneur, she was the founder and CEO of Aviarc Corporation, a leading document management company, and co-founded two technology companies, including one of the first internet-based logistics solutions.

Rowena earned her Ph.D. from the University of Washington, focusing on international strategic alliances for high-tech companies. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, sailing, hiking, and snowshoeing in the mountains around Seattle.
