FAQ
What kind of water can I use with the NanoVi device?
To generate humidity between the device and the user, distilled water should be used in accordance with the operating instructions, as it is mineral-free and clean and does not contain any flavorings or chlorine. If filtration also ensures this, filtered water can also be used.
How often should the water be changed?
In a private setting, the water only needs to be refilled as long as its cleanliness corresponds to drinking water quality.
In professional environments, the water should be changed daily, especially if the environment could cause contamination of the water through the ambient air that is drawn in.
How often can nasal cannula be used?
Each user should use their own nasal cannula. They can use it multiple times at their own discretion.
